This Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) supports a procurement action conducted pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and posted IAW FAR 6.305. The current contractor, Perspecta Enterprise Solutions LLC., is providing services through an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract established for a five year period which expire on August 23, 2023. This JOFOC is to increase the IDIQ #75D30118D01974 ceiling in the amount of $9,900,000.00, from $40,000,000.00 to $49,900,000.00. The ceiling increase is required in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and CDC's role in leading the response. The increased support due to COVID-19 was an unexpected event that was not anticipated, nor the magnitude of support required predicted when the IDIQ was established.
