Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

CDC seeks procurement, installation, configuration, and commissioning of an enterprise-class electronic smart key box system for secure, auditable management of brass keys used by the Security Services Office, Security Operations Center, and authorized CDC personnel. The system must improve key issuance/return accountability, reduce loss or misuse risks, provide SOC real-time visibility, support PIV credentials and MFA including PIN/biometrics, integrate with CDC networks and SOC/SSO workflows, and include backup power with controlled manual override. Installation and integration will occur at Roybal Campus Buildings 20 (SOC, 80-key), 17, 18, and 23 (40 keys each), Chamblee Campus Building 106 (40 keys), and Lawrenceville Campus (20 keys) across metro Atlanta. The effort is intended to replace outdated key control systems and manual procedures that cause long downtime and accountability gaps.
