Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13)

The CDC requires a contractor to repair and refinish gypsum board ceilings and walls with FRP panels in specific areas of Building 401 at its Ft. Collins campus. The work includes demolition, installation, sealing, and coordination for phased access. All work must be completed within 180 days after the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, and supervision while complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Offerors must have at least three years of experience with similar construction and interior finish projects.
