The CDC's National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Pittsburgh Mining Research Division, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for annual subscriptions and perpetual web license upgrades for the ITASCA numerical modeling software suite, including FLAC3D, 3DEC, FLAC2D, UDEC, and Griddle. The requirement covers applicable software updates, patches, license management and support, and remote technical support over a 12-month period of performance. Itasca Consulting Group, Inc. is the intended source as the only known source capable of meeting the requirement. Quotations from other responsible sources that demonstrate the capability and authorization to meet the Government’s requirements will be considered.
