Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Eppendorf North America, INC., 175 Freshwater Blvd. Enfield, CT 06082 (CAGE Code: 13487) for a service agreement for the epMotion 5075t NGS Solution. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase a 5-year onsite service agreement that guarantees services, for planned and unplanned service events, replacement parts, and annual preventive maintenance visits. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received by 18 March 2025 at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
