The purpose of this amendment is to add the following attachments. 9 EXHIBIT A breakdown example 10 TEMPLATE - Document Tracking Log 11 Pre-Bid RFI Log-P20221008080 07182024 This amendment also adds an RFI final due date of 2 PM on July 25th 2024. The work of this project is to replace the existing copper water piping system and related components in Building 110 at the CDC’s Chamblee Campus. This replacement and installation consists of, but is not limited to, the following aspects: 1) Perform phased work as approved by CDC to install parallel CPVC water lines and systems in interstitial floors. a. Construct a separate riser system as shown on the drawings. b. Install new ball valves to isolate systems and fixtures as shown on the drawings. c. Install replacement equipment as shown on the drawings. d. Perform switch over to new systems as approved by the CDC. e. Provide as built documents for project as defined in Section 01 70 00.
