The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a MirLogic Solutions Corporation for firm fixed price purchase order to OIT Operational and Data Services for 3-4 months.This acts a bridge contract as the soliciation is being built for NITAAC. We propose to contract with MirLogic Solutions Corporation, the Contractor shall provide OIT with products that meet CDC infrastructural standards. Such products and services shall meet the NCHS programs’ specific business needs and NCHS, CDC, and HHS applicable clearance, security, marketing, and Section 508 guidelines, IT and data regulations, policies, and procedures while enabling innovation, modernization, and adoption of technology solutions. These solutions shall deliver quality, timely information products to the public health community, including the general public, healthcare providers, public health researchers and policymakers, and federal, state, and local governments. The contractor shall work in accordance with the specifications and guidance provided in this contract. The contractor’s deliverable outlined in this Contract must be achieved on schedule and within allocated budget for this Contract. Contractor shall work with other contract personnel and Government personnel as the Government identifies to accomplish the scope of work identified in this Contract. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
