Requirement Description Initiate a comprehensive screening and surveillance program for early detection of ORKiD in adolescents. Investigate the role of cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome in ORKiD among an adolescent cohort. Develop a longitudinal cohort of adolescents with obesity and track the emergence and progression of early kidney disease into young adulthood. Explore the social determinants of health and adverse childhood events in the cohort.
