The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Human Resources (OHR) has a requirement for Lactation Support. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 75D301-24-Q-77780. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), in accordance with the terms of FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items of and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. (iii) The solicitation document/incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC 2023-04, dated 05/22/2024. (iv) The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611710 – Educational Support Services; Small Business Size Standard is $24.5M.
