The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to News Exposure, LLC. This is a license for media monitoring software and related services to help the Injury Center monitor coverage of priority topics. The data and reports from the system will improve focus or messages and dissemination of the Center's work. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within Seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Updated - 3/26/2023 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-24-Q-77517 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The quote format is outlined in the attached solicitation. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 (December 22, 2023). This acquisition is set aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 516210 and small business size standard $47M. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the successful offeror.
