This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ# 75D301-24-Q-77374, and is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services. THIS RFQ IS SOLICITED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award. This combined synopsis solicitation notice is a request for competitive quotations. This requirement is for Continuing Education Accreditation System Development and Support Services and is expected to result in the award of one Firm Fixed Price contract. The term of the resulting contract shall be sixty (60) months comprised of a base period of twelve (12) months followed by four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. A Government review of performance will be performed annually through the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), which provides timely and relevant information on Contractor performance for use in source selection. The anticipated Period of Performance for this requirement and any resultant contract, inclusive of all option periods, is 12/15/2023 – 12/14/2028. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the contracting officer via electronic mail (e-mail) no later than 12:00 PM EASTERN on Wednesday, 11/15/2023.
