PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) intends to issue Fiscal Year 2023 solicitation for CDC/CFA Demographic Social Comorbidities Table under Request for Proposal (RFP) number 75D301-23-R-72696 The purpose of the requirement is to expand the CFA’s data network and provide CFA with a comprehensive data table that can be used for estimates of the number of persons in specific jurisdictions with a defined set of characteristics. The tool created in this contract will aid planners in estimating resource needs, evaluating intervention coverage, identifying groups in need of additional efforts to provide interventions, and providing such outreach in an efficient fashion.?? The specific areas of interest will be detailed in the RFP. This is not a request for proposals. No response to this notice is requested or required. The solicitation will be posted on beta.SAM.gov on or about June 12, 2023. Interested parties must respond to the RFP/solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract.
