The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS) on behalf of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and the National Personal Protective Technology Laboratory (NPPTL) has a requirement for Respirator Approval Program – Site Audits, Site Qualification Audits, and Interpreter Assistance. This procurement will be solicited as a Full and Open, Firm Fixed Price, Multiple Award acquisition. This acquisition is set aside for Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990 and small business size standard of $19.5 million. It is anticipated that 3 awards will be made. This procurement will be competed IAW FAR Part 15, Contract by Negotiation. The period of performance will be 5 years. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring sam.gov regularly for any amendments or changes to this solicitation. This notice does not commit the Government to award a contract. This notice and solicitation are being posted in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation, possible amendments, and other procurement-related matters.
