The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a Sole Source Justification Purchase Order for firm fixed price purchase order to Professional Sports Publication. We propose to contract with Professional Sports Publication only vendor who is sanctioned by H.O. Zimman, Inc. and NFL who is the official publisher of the Official Super Bowl LV Magazine. This is the publication that is sold at the Super Bowl stadium and throughout the country. Only PSP has the exclusive sales agency for the publication. The print and digital advertising in the Super Bowl program will strategically extend the reach and placement of cancer prevention and control messages to our target audience. We have worked previously worked with this vendor andcontinuity and consistency we would like to continue with them. This vendor isthe only one that provides this specialized service that is not widely available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
