The solicitation response time will be 37 days. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. Please note that in support of this procurement, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will host a pre-proposal conference on May 16, 2022 (more information is available under the Special Notice for RFP 75D301-22-R-72168). All questions shall be received no later than 2 p.m. EST on May 17, 2022 Proposal is due no later than 2:00 pm, EST, on June 8, 2022. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The purpose of this Amendment 00001 is to do the following: 1. Provide a clarification to the number of HIV cases listed on page 55 of the solicitation. This category should include People Living With HIV (PLWH) as these individuals are salient to the purpose of the contract (with respect to service delivery research, field investigation and so forth). Also, change the number of gonorrhea cases listed on page 55 of the solicitation. See the Revised RFP attached. 2. Based on the clarification, post a revised copy of Solicitation No. 75D301-22-R-72168. See attached revised documents. 2. As a result of this amendment 00001, the receipt date for proposals is not extended. Proposals are due no later than 2:00PM EST on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. Offerors are to acknowledge receipt of this Amendment 00001 with proposal submission. See Block 14 on page 1 of the Solicitation and Block 11 of this Amendment 00001. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The purpose of this Amendment 00002 is to do the following: 1. Provide answers to ALL questions submitted by offerors. See the Question and Answer attachment in PDF format. 2. Upload the PowerPoint slide presentation form the pre-proposal conference. 3. Based on the answers to questions, post a revised copy of Solicitation No. 75D301-22-R-72168. See attached revised documents. 4. As a result of this amendment 00002, the receipt date for proposals is extended. Proposals are due no later than 2:00PM EST on Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
