This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), is seeking information on a potential requirement for Delivery of Compressed Gases to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Health Effects Laboratory Division, Chemical and Biological Monitoring Branch (HELD/CBMB), Cincinnati, OH. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENTS FOR DETAILED STATEMENT OF WORK/ SPECIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS OF THIS RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 75D301-22-Q-74567 using FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04, effective Jan 30, 2022. This requirement is solicited as a FULL and OPEN Competition. NAICS code 325120 – Industrial Gas Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000. The CDC intends to award a single award firm fixed priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a base period and four (4) one year options. The government reserves the right to award any, all, or none of the options under this requirement. Please refer to attached document for clauses and provisions applicable to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. This award will be made to the offer under the conditions found in FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. Offerors must include FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, with the offer or indicate if the offeror's Representations and Certifications are available online at SAM.gov.
