Release of this information should not be construed as a commitment to procure items discussed or to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. The purpose of this notice is to acquire information from the industry about commercially available Storage and File Management services that can provide a comprehensive set of functionalities to meet Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) publication data management needs. The desired storage and file management services would be performed as a total solution. This requirement is specifically for the management of inventory and warehouse operations, processing receipts, diseemination and recycling materials, and the fulfillment of requests for printed materials physically through the postal mail or other delivery service based on industry best practices. CDC requires industry to provide written responses on how their proposed inventory management solution can meet the comprehensive set of the requirements and capabilities as described in the attachment titled “75D301-21-F-78901 Draft PWS”.
