A solicitation will be issued to provide the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with an as-needed mechanism to obtain On-site PCR (Only) COVID-19 Testing to be performed for CDC in Atlanta, GA five (5) days a week (M-F). CDC intends to issue a single award as a result of solicitation 75D301-21-R-72081. It is anticipated that the resulting contracts will be for a twelve (12) month base and four (4) one year options, Firm Fixed Price contract. Request for Proposal (RFP), 75D301-21-R-72081, will be posted on www.sam.gov on or about October 15, 2021 with a contract start date of January 3rd, 2022. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will also be made at the same website. This is not a set-aside requirement. The NAICS Codes for this proposed procurement are 621511 (Medical Laboratories). All responsible offerors may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be available to all offerors and should be acquired from www.sam.gov once it is posted . The scheduled solicitation due date will be approximately thirty (30) days after the posting of the solicitation.
