The CDC/NIOSH facility in Morgantown WV requires snow and ice removal from November 1 to April 1 each year. The snow needs to be removed from the roads, sidewalks, parking areas etc. to allow safe entry to all NIOSH entrances. When there is an overnight snowstorm the site must be cleared by 5:45 am to allow the work force to be able to enter the facility by 6:00 am. After hours snow accumulation has areas that need maintain and is written in the SOW below. The purpose of this project is to maintain a safe exterior environment at the NIOSH facility during snowstorms and below freezing temperatures. No telephonic quotes will be processed.
