Electronic Prints each. This covers the electronic collection of one set of fingerprints and delivery. 3. Are we sending the electronic fingerprint images to the FBI or the OPM? Both. Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12 will be used. Solicitation# RFP 75D301-20-Q-72609. This solicitation is issued as request for quotes (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 & 2005-95 (effective 01/20/17) Rev 1 (02/16/17).
