The Contractor shall obtain the leaded bovine blood, prepare, aliquot, store, and distribute bovine whole blood materials suitable for the lead, cadmium, mercury, manganese and selenium measurements for the Lead and Multielement Proficiency Program. Data analysis and evaluation will also be required from the Contractor, and results transferred to the CDC’s IRAT Branch.
