Brand Name Required The purpose of this contract is to provide the Office of the Associate Director of Communcation, Division of Public Affairs access to media monitoring and press release distribution services for use in media relations planning. Specific capabilities required include: Access to media database(s); access to automated media outreach tools to include email functionality and tracking with associated data; access to tools to directly engage with reporters through proactive means e.g., Help a Reporter Out functionality and digital storytelling capabilities; ability to distribute CDC news releases through PRNewsWire and Multi-Channel News releases to English/Spanish audiences, using multi-media such as video and images/photos; ability to monitor, track, and analyze earned media coverage, media reach, SEO, readership, digital analytics, and other industry standard media metrics for print, online, and broadcast media outlets. The period of performance is a 12-month base period plus 2, 12 month option periods. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price The acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. Quotes shall be emailed to Missy Sterling, msterling2@cdc.gov no later than 3:00pm EST June 18, 2020. No telephonic quotes will be processed. Evaluation and award of responses shall be performed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 Evaluation of Quotations or Offers and FAR 13.106-3 Award and Documentation. Offerors shall submit any questions to Missy Sterling, msterling2@cdc.gov. RFQ #75D301-20-Q-71540 is attached to this announcement. Offerors are cautioned to read all information and follow all instructions contained in the RFQ. Failure to submit all required information may result in a proposal being ineligible for award.
