The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 562111, Size Standard $41.5 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-0 (Sept. 10, 2019). *See attached Request for Quotations (SF18) for statement of work, clauses, and provisions. The quote format is at the discretion of the offeror, but offerors should include a separate technical and price quote. Your price quote should include a breakdown of labor and materials and associated costs. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website www.acquisition.gov. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management. To register apply via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2), offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability is determined by conformance to the statement of work and other requirements, please see SF18. Offerors should include as much information as they determine to be necessary for the evaluator to determine technical acceptability. Offerors will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
