The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to iRepertoire, Inc., 800 Hudson Way Suite 2304, Huntsville, AL 35806. The purpose of this acquisition is identify immune repertoire biomarkers for diagnosing and subclassifying Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) patients from iRepertoire, Inc.: This research project will provide immune repertoire sequencing and analysis services. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunity website. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement may submit their capability/qualifications and other supporting information to Priscilla Turner at PBTurner@cdc.gov on or before August 19, 2020 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. All information received on or before Wednesday, August 18, 2020 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time of this notice will be considered by the Government to determine if the more than one firm can meet the Government's requirements and is capable of providing technically acceptable services. A determination not to compete the described requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
