No other changes were incorporated. The clarification has been highlighted in the attachment titled "Amendment 2 Draft Solicitation Questions and Responses". NOTE: This update, 27 January 2020, is an amendment to the original post below in order to incorporate the industry questions and responses. Please see attachment titled "Amendment 1 Draft Solicitation Questions and Responses". This is a DRAFT solicitation associated to HHSASPRORM04032019, ASPR Professional Services Support. Please review DRAFT Solicitation (Sections L, M and the SOW), RFP-20-R-00003. Provide ONLY questions and comments on the information provided. This is NOT an official Request For Proposal (RFP). Do NOT submit proposals in response to this DRAFT. The attachments listed in sections L and M will be provided when the official RFP is posted. Feedback provided will be reviewed and used in order to finalize the official RFP scheduled to release later this Fiscal Year.
