The Office of Family Assistance (OFA), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking services that provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform training and technical assistance (TTA) in support of State and Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Family (TANF) programs.
