The purpose of this requirement is to procure the provision and management of services to support the competitive Discretionary Grant Review and Non-Competing Continuation Process of the ACYF, FYSB. Performance under the contract shall be based upon performance of tasks, including provision of support for the preparation and distribution of Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs), submitting to the Contract Officer Representative (COR) and NOFO Drafter requests for clarification and material from potential applicants; conducting reviewer recruitment; supporting all trainings in preparation for the grant application review process; managing the panel peer reviews, compiling, analyzing, and reporting the review results to Federal staff; supporting the funding decision process; providing preliminary technical assistance to successful and unsuccessful applicants; and conducting preliminary evaluation of review processes of ACYF. The contractor must also provide support for the preparation and distribution of notifications to grantees to secure Non-Competitive continuation grant funding
