OCS needs a training and technical assistance provider with subject matter expertise in diaper need and diaper program implementation to support DDDRP grant recipients in the following areas of activity: (1) Expanding and strengthening existing diaper distribution programs of their community partners (subrecipients) (2) Facilitating bulk purchasing and efficient transportation of diapers and diapering supplies using economies of scale models (3) Providing subject matter expertise and relevant data on diaper need nationwide.
