This is a non-personnel severable services contract to provide logistics, coordination, technological support, and the facilitation of anti-trafficking town halls and listening sessions focused on the intersection of human trafficking and racial equity. Facilitation is to be conducted by subject matter experts in sex trafficking and labor trafficking, the history of racial injustice and inequities in the United States (U.S.), and best practices in moderating group discussions, including implementing trauma-informed principles. All services are to be performed on behalf of the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) in the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
