This requirement is a follow-on service for the yearly renewal of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Support for the ACF Blade Server Enclosure (EOL 10/31/2022), five (5) HP Gen 8 Blades, one (1) Tape Robot, one (1) 7200 SAN, and two (2) HP Gen 9 Blades. ACF’s current HPE Support SAID is: 1050 0866 1091 ACF requires genuine HPE support which includes access to non-customer installable firmware updates (for eligible products). Non-HP or third-party vendor support will not be considered.
