This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Center for the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is seeking the supply of a diverse range of FDA-approved pharmaceuticals. The Contractor, as an independent organization and not as an agent of the Government, shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, facilities, equipment, transportation and travel necessary to deliver the acceptable pharmaceuticals. The Contractor shall provide brand name or equal product for the following pharmaceuticals. Quantities are detailed in the Statement of work in the attached Request for Proposal.
