BARDA is seeking contractors to support the continuation of its Vaccine MCMs for Pandemic Influenza Preparedness and Response Program. Contractors must provide all necessary services, personnel, materials, and facilities to deliver medical countermeasures such as vaccines, antigens, and adjuvants for pandemic preparedness and public health emergencies. The work also includes producing antigens and vaccines against influenza or other viruses with pandemic potential, supporting vaccine improvements, and generating and submitting regulatory data to the FDA. Performance is expected at U.S. facilities, which are preferred. To be eligible, offerors must produce influenza vaccines and demonstrate relevant manufacturing experience, such as holding a U.S. influenza vaccine license or having submitted a BLA for a seasonal or pandemic influenza vaccine.
