Solicitation 75A50124Q00002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation on SAM.gov. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR). All responsible sources may submit a quotation. The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), is seeking vendors to provide a venue and audio-visual (AV) services to support the production of the BARDA Industry Day (BID2025) conference, a two-day hybrid event. BID2025 will be held in Downtown Washington D.C. or the D.C. Metro area on consecutive weekdays between March 1 – July 2, 2025. The NAICS code and size standard for this procurement is 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels and the business size standard is $40 million dollars. FAR Clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order contract utilizing FAR 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures resulting from this solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer based on the attached terms and conditions to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Electronic copies of your quote are due by July 29, 2024 by 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST). The electronic version shall be submitted using the PDF files except for an Excel spreadsheet for pricing. Pricing spreadsheets that are submitted in a very small font size and are not reasonably legible may be considered as unacceptable and grounds for exclusion from further consideration. The Excel spreadsheet must be in MS Office version 2021 or later. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the following: 1. A quotation inclusive of all attachments and amendments (if applicable) 2. Proof of SAM Registration Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
