Note: Updated August 9, 2023 to add Amendment 1, which provides responses to questions regarding the solicitation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority's (BARDA) primary objective is to establish an agreement with a Consortium Management Firm (CMF) tasked to establish the BioMaP-Consortium and engage in the overall day to day management of the BioMaP-Consortium under the guidance of the BioMaP Branch of BARDA. The CMF will participate in and manage all technical, programmatic, reporting, financial, and administrative matters pertaining to the BioMaP-Consortium. The CMF will also solicit, award, and manage Project Agreements/Sub-Agreements to consortium members. Please find the full solicitation attached.
