The contractor shall be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to pick up file boxes from the pickup location, scan (digitize) the documents on-site with the contractor’s provided equipment, return a digital copy to the requesting office with each document made searchable, transport the files safely to the contractor’s storage facility, retrieve and deliver files within 48 hours of request, and destroy files after their retention period has expired.
