The contractor shall provide all personnel, necessary licensing, permits, equipment, racks, refrigeration, support, and space to manage the inventory requirements for Site P (Caribbean Island, exact location to be disclosed after award). The contractor shall ensure that all Government products stored in the contractor-provided facilities remain viable based on the requirements provided below. The Contractor shall provide the Government adequate space for a maximum of 300 pallet spaces (single stacked) at ambient (20 -25C) temperature, three Reach-in Refrigerators (2 to 8C), and three Reach-in Freezers (-25 to -15C), and space to park three transport vehicles on-site. Responses to questions to be posted as an amendment to this posting the following week. EDIT 1/8/2021: The deadline for questions is hereby being extended by one business day until 3:00 PM EST on Monday, January 11th. Responses will still be posted by NLT Friday, 1/15. Edit 1/14/2021: This solicitation is hereby amended to include the posting of questions and answers received from prospective vendors as well as the face page (Part A) of the solicitation. Edit 1/21/2021: It has come to the Government's attention that the incorrect Wage Rate Determination was attached to the solicitation. Please find an updated Attachment #2 attached. Due to our mistake, the Government is extending the deadline for submissions until Wednesday, January 27th, 2021 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
