The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)/the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR)/the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) may have an upcoming requirement to purchase Doxycycline Hyclate and Amoxicillin Triydrate. The purpose of this Request for Information is to: notify potential sources, identify interested vendors, and allow ASPR to gain a better sense of vendors' capabilities and pricing for these two products. Vendors interested in this RFI may provide a response (capability briefing) that includes the following information for ASPR internal use and consideration: 1. Company Name and Address 2. DUNS and TIN numbers: 3. Point of Contact (Phone and Email): 4. NAICS code, business size, and socioeconomic status (if applicable) 5. Sufficient descriptive literature that unequivocally demonstrates the technical capability of the vendor to meet this requirement 6. Company’s availability via GSA or any other GWAC (if applicable): 7. Informational Pricing Total package should not exceed twelve (12) pages.
