Contract Modification under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2(d)(2)(ii) to allow Contract No. #75A50121C000170 awarded to McKesson Medical Surgical Government Solutions LLC to extend beyond one year. This will be accomplished with an extension of six months (from July 14, 2022 through January 13, 2023) for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and distribution and an option to further extend these services for up to an additional six (6) months ( from January 14, 2023, through July 14, 2023). Additionally, an option to increase a kit building capability in either of these timeframes is necessary to maintain critical COVID-19 vaccination support services whilce the office of the Assistant Secretary for Prepardness and Response (ASPR) take the actions necessary to award a competitive contract for its requirement for distribution, VMI and assembly of COVID-19 vaccine ancillary kits.
