The Government intends to issue a contract without providing for full and open competition to OraSure Technologies Inc. (OTI), 220 E 1st St, Bethlehem PA 18015-1360. OTI is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (see FAR 6.302-1). The Government plans to award this contract in July 2020.
