The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)/the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) has a need to replace the Strategic National Stockpile's (SNS) current temperature monitoring and alert system, which has reached its end of life, with a new system that is expandable, automated, and meets the program’s needs for regulatory compliance with the FDA's Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure the safety and efficacy of stored countermeasures.
