This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and HHSAR clauses and provisions. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a business size standard of $20,500,000.00 There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. ASPR/DSNS is requesting responses from qualified sources capable of providing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and certified service personnel to perform preventative and repair maintenance services, replace failed parts/components and remedial repairs. This solicitation will result in one time and material contract for one (2) base year and three (3) 12 months option periods.
