This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 75A50120Q00010. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020, 2020-04 effective January 15, 2020. This is a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541512. The government will only accept and evaluate quotes form qualified small business contracts providing services under NAICS 541512. Offerors must have an active registration in www.SAM.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications when submitting an offer, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. No telephonic quotes will be processed. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the contract officer via electronic mail (e-mail) to DSNSSolicitations@cdc.gov no later than 1:00 PM EST on August 18, 2020. Official quote must be submitted via email to DSNSSolicitations@cdc.gov. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 pm, EST, Wednesday, August 21, 2020. Offerors who fail to complete and submit the requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation may be considered non-responsive.
