The original deadline was 22 Mar 24 and the first extension was until 29 Mar 24 at 5:00PM. The HHS DPA Title III Program provides this RFI to invite industry partners to submit to the USG information that will aid in improving the understanding of current domestic productive capabilities and capacities of the domestic PHIB for manufacturing used to produce and supply essential medicines, medical countermeasures, and critical inputs health resources considered essential to national defense, and to identify and improve on those gaps in the marketplace that can potentially be addressed using HHS’ delegated Title III authorities.
