NIH/NIAID intends to award a non-competitive firm-fixed-price purchase order to the University of Cambridge Research Operations Office for the NIH-wide Doctoral Partnership Training Program. The University of Cambridge will provide graduate-level training and research, co-supervision/mentorship, administrative oversight, tuition coverage for new and continuing students, and related student support, including housing, visa guidance, and annual colloquia participation, for 33 students. Students may spend up to two years at Cambridge and must spend the remaining two years of PhD experiential work at NIH, with research conducted at both institutions. Performance will occur at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, and the anticipated period of performance is one year from on or around 09/30/2026 through 09/29/2027. The acquisition is non-competitive, and the government will determine based on responses whether to proceed on a non-competitive basis or conduct a competitive procurement.
