The NIH/NIAID intends to award a non-competitive firm fixed-price purchase order to the University of Cambridge, Research Operations Office, in the United Kingdom, for the NIH-wide Doctoral Partnership Training Program. The University would provide graduate-level training and research for 33 students, including tuition for new and continuing students, administrative oversight, mentorship, University housing, visa guidance, and support for annual research colloquia. Students would spend up to two years at the University of Cambridge and the remaining two years of PhD experiential work at the NIH, with research in areas such as infectious disease, cancer, immunology, neurology, vaccine research, genomics, child health, and human development. The anticipated period of performance is one year, beginning on or around 09/30/2026 through 09/29/2027. Award will be based on technical capability, past performance, and price, with technical and past performance significantly more important than price.
