The purpose of this contract is to procure three (3) asynchronous eLearning training course modules that are completely self-paced. The final learning products should be commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), proven consistent with current federal grants management training and industry best practices, SCORM-compatible to version 1.2 or 4002 (HHS HRSA HLI uses the Saba Learning Management System.), completely 508 compliant (see section XI of this document), and a minimum of three (3) learning content hours each. The final software package solution shall be licensed to and left to the sole discretion of HHS HRSA HLI for internal organizational use as it sees fit, in service to its Project Officer Certification Program of training and professional development.
