The contractor will participate in monthly call with DVDB staff to assess and address functionality issues with the pipeline. The contractor will work collaboratively with DVBD staff to develop pipeline updates and troubleshoot problems as they arise. As applicable for troubleshooting, CDC will provide the contractor with FASTQ files and reference sequence data.
