The purpose of this solicitation is to award a task order that secures services and solutions that meet the agency’s needs for programmatic technical assistance to support ACL’s National Resource Center for Nutrition and Aging. As the National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging, the Contractor will work with ACL in support of the national aging network, former and future Innovation in Nutrition (INNU) grantees, and other organizations in the development and expansion of nutrition programs in their states, tribes and communities. In this capacity, the Contractor will help states, tribes and communities transform their services so that the nutrition services network remains prepared, relevant and sustainable. Activities will also include provision of assistance and guidance to ACL Project Officers and other agency staff in the day-to-day support and evaluation of the work of current, former and potential INNU grantees.
