SEE ATTACHED LSJ This requirement is for DHIS Management and Consulting Services Task Order 75D30122F15055. Modification 00002 is to increase level of effort for Task 4.4.4 and move Task 4.4.5 to an optional task for base and option periods. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule and was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures. FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) The prior award was made in accordance with FSS ordering procedures and was competed on GSA eBuy. The increase in level of effort is the same type of services currently being provided under Task 4.4.4. To implement and successfully complete Task 4.4.4 CSELS/DHIS needs an increased level of effort than anticipated because two separate programs within the Partnerships and Evaluation Branch (PEB) (i.e., CDC Data Hub (CDH) and Electronic Case Reporting (eCR)) have different stakeholders and partners with a high level of support needed for each for the same work. The task requirement for 4.4.4 as written does not change; the increase is only to the level of effort.
