The contractor shall provide a web based estimating software platform that accommodates licenses on a yearly basis that meets the following requirements: Core Functionalities: Facility Repairs and Maintenance Cost Estimates: Enable detailed cost breakdowns for a range of facility repairs and maintenance activities. Facility Engineering and Preventative Maintenance: Include cost modeling for engineering services and routine preventative maintenance tasks. Square Footage Models: Allow for estimation based on square footage of facility types, accommodating diverse building structures. Lifecycle Costing: Provide lifecycle cost analysis for major systems and components.
