The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to CELLINK LLC, 55 Seaport Blvd Boston, MA 02210 USA. This acquisition is for an I-DOT Dispensing System for Preparation of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Library Preps of T-Cell Receptors (TCRs) used in Support of HHS, NIH, NCI, CCR, SB. This system is capable of automatically dispensing liquids in the nanoliter range via dispensing plates. The system should be SBS-compatible. The instrument is non-contact based and is driven by positive pressure channels. Droplet size can be regulated from 8-50 nanoliters. No other company sells or distributes this product. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Firms that believe they can meet these requirements are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notice by providing a capability statement to the Contracting Specialist The Contracting Officer will not respond to verbal request. All requests must be in writing. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
